Often we can forget to prioritize some "me time" in which we would stop to assess where we are, how we are doing, how we are feeling and where are we going. Me time doesn't have to be a long process that requires the perfect settings and perfect timing to happen. Imagine simply that with every cup of tea you have, with every sip you take, you check in with yourself. Tea time IS me time.
Everyone can relate to the calm soothing sensation a good cup of tea can give you. As we relax into the support of a warm cuppa, we are more in tune with the truth of who we are. This is a great moment to look at yourself through a relaxed, calm and compassionate lens. When we slow down, stop and assess, we give ourselves an opportunity to pivot. What thought is taking up space in your mind right now? Who are you without this thought?
